Because....?

A team with minimal fan support, playing its home games in the worst facility in all of professional sports, playing a style of baseball that's sapping much of the tension and excitement from the game, with a skinflint ownership that keeps it on a shoestring budget, preventing it from retaining any players with name recognition.

It'd be one thing if they were bottom-feeders, or just good enough to make a run once every few years. But they're perennial contenders at this point, and causing all teams outside the dozen biggest markets to want to replicate their formula. This is only going to drive the nail further into the coffin of the sport.

Had to have that one. Huge win.

Giants have that one run luck this year so far. Dodgers were only .500 in one run games, Giants 14 games above .500 in just 48 games. Going to regress at some point, just hoping it comes next year lol
