Personally I think they lost the team during the Baltimore game. It wasn't enough that Shurmer engineered a ten punt game and abandoned the running attack. That's the irritating part about Scangs getting fired. They were originally planning on keeping him to let him and Lock develop together. They only fired him because Shurmer became available.
