stl4life07
Im interested to see if the Rams have anything up their sleeves after this move. If not then imo its not a bad move for the Rams. I say that bc they must like what they see with guys behind Young on the depth chart. Just bc the Rams move off of someone it doesnt mean its a bad thing. They didnt resign Blythe and people panic. How has Allen looked? Oh and people constantly knock the Rams for not putting a greater emphasis on the OL in the offseason in particularly the draft, how is the Rams OL looking this year? So it just proves the Rams know what they doing. The track record has been hit way more than miss when it comes to trades and choosing to not resign certain guys. Young might have been decent but dont act like we traded away Darius Leonard for little for nothing. The Rams will be just fine.
Rrrrrrrams
i agree. it feels like a trade is coming. they free up some money plus the new deal for havenstein. and this young trade is the same kinda like move the rams did with talib and peters. but i don't think its about a cb, its about marcus maye. rocky_rams
Hopefully it means we trade for Myles Jack or a CB

Ty21
Hmm. Why trade a valid starter and a 7th for a 6th lol
BStanRamFan
Rams also free'd up cap space last week with Rob Havenstein's contract and now this. Freeing up cap space is technically a financially driven decision. My guess is we are targeting someone before the deadline. Marcus Maye, Myles Jack, Kyle Fuller, etc When the Rams know they can win a ring, they become very active. In 2018, we made deals for Brandin Cooks and Marcus Peters. In 2020, it was for Ramsey. We got one more move left and it likely will be a significant name. Stay tuned.

Perryman has just been very good for us so Kwiat doesn't see the field too much. Given Perry man's injury history I imagine we'll keep Nick around.
