BayRaider
I’d keep Kolton Miller, Alex Leatherwood (just because it’s his second year), Darren Waller, Hunter Renfrow, Bryan Edwards (only as WR4 though), Foster, Mullen, Moehrig, Crosby, Yannick, Nate Hobbs, Carlson, Cole. I’d get rid of the other 40 players on the roster and rebuild. Including big names such as Derek Carr (finally), Josh Jacobs (massively overrated by Raider fans, and always injured anyways), Kenyan Drake (coming off injury, Andre James (jesus christ), Johnathan Abram (can probably get a third round pick for him), Casey Hayward (age and rebuilding), Perryman (one dimensional), Littleton (one dimensional), and Nassib (splash player not worth the money). Clean house.

Clean house. Jacobs has really lost me with today's performance. That fumble was unacceptable. And the smile afterward was sickening. Devilshark69
Yep, sounds like it was a good day for me to go fishing.....sad but true. Prolly would have really lost it after seeing someone smile after a fumble. SMH! Sounds like a shameful performance, not like we were just flat out of the race. Just get a better pick position now.
NYRaider
The only guys that should be safe are Kolton Miller, Maxx Crosby, Trevon Moehrig, Trayvon Mullen, and Hunter Renfrow. Carr and Yannick are on the last year of their deals so might not be the worst idea to sell high on them. Waller also has 2 years on his deal but I'm assuming he'll want a pay raise and he's going to be 30 so another guy we can sell high on. He's 26 and we'll have a ton of cap space. This team needs a revamp on offense (at least one WR, 2 OL), but is pretty close defensively. Need one LB and a DT IMO. Otherwise there is a lot to work with.

But Koonce seems to be picking things up pretty fast. I like Deablo also
Nightmare
Add me to the list of people done with Jacobs. Slow, injury prone, and generally not very bright. Time to move on. I don’t think we’ll go full blow up, but I’m not adverse to it at this point. I think a lot of it depends on who we can bring in as GM/HC. For example, if it does somehow end up being Harbaugh then I’m letting him re-tool rather than start from scratch. There’s enough talent currently in place that a good hire could turn this thing around quickly. Real problem is I have no faith in us to get the HC hire right.

Yeah but from their perspective that's a lot of money and capital going to one position. Although I've been really vocal about the pass rush

Although I've been really vocal about the pass rush I'm aware but you'd rather have a top 5 edge group and pay them. The broncos did it for a while. Neither will be top of the market deals. I think you can get away with 15-18 mil each for both of them.
Nodisrespect
I’m glad I missed this game. I like Carr but it’s time to take a serious look at other qbs he just can’t overcome his negative traits.
