I love Jimmy and wish him the best in his career, but he isn’t it. He is just like Kaepernick and even though he tied the game, we should have been ahead by way more before the Titans came back. This is his last year here and maybe he can upset the cowboys or bucs, but he will get trashed in the championship game

So the original service gives whatever data without context (important),

     Correct.

they're own evaluations (subjective)

Strange characterization but okay.  N.B.:  The evaluations are their data.  (These guys love their charts.)

and then the user just creates whatever system they want?

The users do as much or as little as they wish with it.  Weighting it would be one of myriad applications.

Let me give you a simple, bread and butter example.

Green Bay has the NFL's #1 WR with hot garbage behind him.  Against a 21-32-42 CB1-CB2-CB3 configuration Adams is going to feast.  Against a 4-9-89 backfield there's going to be trouble.

Let's say New England has a flatter constellation of three average WRs:  rated 21-31-37.  You can see at a glance that they will be mediocre against the 21-32-42 backfield but the WRs are all good enough to exploit the CB3 weak link of the 4-9-89 defense.

If he wins two straight playoff games, that's actually pretty good for anyone regardless of who they are. Many a talented QBs have suffered the same fate.

Playoffs are a fickle mistress and can often be random

Eli Manning is the classic on this

6 playoff appearances.    4 of them 1 and done.

2 of them 4 and 0

He could win the SB and I'd still move off him.

A 3-4 game sample size shouldn't change ANYTHING. You know who Jimmy is, you spent all those assets on Lance, at a point you have to rip the bandaid off.

yeah, after making the move to get Lance, it almost 100% has to be Lance starting in 2022 and Jimmy being somewhere else

IMHO Kaep had **** vison like Jimmy G but man Kaep at times could put a 50 yard pass in stride and his mobility made him dangerous, him in this offense throwing to wide open guys would be lethal asf.

Well, Shanahan had Colin in his office and said no thanks essentially. Or they couldn't agree to a contract. And that's when Kyle had nothing at QB to start off as 49ers head coach. If he thought Colin was that special he along with Lynch probably would have acquiesced to a degree financially.
