Trojan
He should be a head coach candidate if the Raiders D stands out at all so I'm really interested in who he brings in for position coaches as well.

BayRaider
This is a great hire. Top 10 D in 2020. In 2021 his D should of been like Top 12, but the Giants offense was arguably the worst in the entire NFL. Actually, not arguably… the worst. One of the worst offenses of the past several years. This put the defense on the field constantly. Graham is a great defensive mind and this is a grade A hire. I wouldn’t give it a A+, but a solid A. 101Raider
Wow, strange sequence of events that led to this. This is a really nice get for us.
RaiderX
Shouldn't be anymore complaints bout the McDaniels. GREAT hire to get Graham.

BayRaider
Very rare for a DC to leave for another DC job. Gotta think he wasn't thrilled about the Giants offense last year, having his defense on the field way more than they should be. Which effects his stats and resume. And with Daniel Jones at the helm, that isn't likely to change this year.
agarcia34
Also for anyone who has questions about will it be 34/43

Basically told him not good enough but we would love for you to stay in your same role while he hire this other guy. Creates awkwardness. Raiders benefit from this
agarcia34
Also with this you expect Graham to be here a max 2 years maybe even 1 year if things go well, so it’s important that Graham brings in a strong staff and have some one ready to take over.
RaidersAreOne
Can't say I know a ton about him other than he's very highly regarded to from analysts and fans. Seems like a young, bright mind who has potential HC qualities.
