TheRealMcCoy
Schultz walked so Uzomah could run.
Thelonebillsfan
That's a lot of money for Uzomah.
.Buzz
It’s a bit rich but I like Uzomah. Keep putting talent around the young QB. Solid move imo.

sparky151
CJ is a good player and great locker room presence. He'll be a help for Wilson. Good signing for the Jets.
Jakuvious
I apparently thought Uzomah was far more productive for the Bengals than he was, looking at the numbers. But, apparently $8M is around the right amount for relatively unproductive TEs this offseason, based off of Dissly and Engram, so I guess that's market value. Darren Waller desperately needs to hold out.
Johnny Nix
Best of luck to him. Hell of a leader, but his production on the field is definitely replaceable.
Magnifico
Box score scouting but I see little that is worth $8M per, guess the garunteed figures are relatively low. He's much older than I thought also.

Nah he'll probably get Franchise tagged x2. I'm not upset about this Uzomah signing don't even really know who he is etc. I just know our TE room has probably ranked 32nd/32nd dead last throughout the previous 10+ years. More like 30 years (remove a short lived Dustin Keller). I just hope we land Trey McBride @ either 36th or 38th overall (2nd round).
sparky151
Uzomah is very bright and has great leadership skills. He's an average physical specimen. He'll work hard and set a good example and has a knack for getting open. He's a willing but not powerful blocker.

Good signing for the Jets. I think I already like this guy. I've never witnessed a Jets TE hype up our locker room like this before. Draft Trey McBride 36th/38th overall and I might just get fired up about Zach Wilson's new TE unit.
Teen Girl Squad
Great signing. Its a slight overpay for on the field production but he's the exact type of locker room guy you want on a rebuilding franchise. The Jets offense is now pretty set up, at least it is enough where the Jets aren't compelled to draft anyone in particular if the value isn't there.
