I cant fathom trying to figure out a starting ratio, but what we know is that: 1 Jester 2 Werewolfs 1 Town "inverse" cop 1 Cult Are all dead. With 15 players starting out I would imagine that 7/8 or so could be town. Judging by the roles discarded there could still be "???", mafia, and alien aligned out there.
