It's not surprising if they were told to hold off until the merger was final, and now is the time when the process will be gearing up to start that integration. I would expect we'll start seeing the first announcements about the former Fox properties entry into the MCU sometime in early 2020, with the first releases coming in 2022 or 2023. In the meantime, cameos and easter eggs will start showing up in the post Engame movies. Probably not Far From Home, but after that I think the watch can begin for the first tidbits. Captain Marvel might rise or fall based on a second viewing. I have not watched Thor 3, Ant-Man and Wasp or Infinity War for a second time yet, but I feel like those ones are fresh enough and I know where to place them. Then there is a list based purely on movie making and the quality there. In the latter instance, Winter Soldier still ranks #1 in my mind. Black Panther was by no means a worse movie than most of the ones ahead of it, but that movie was just so damned boring I can't handle it. It's a shame, too, because T'Challa is probably one of the better characters in the whole MCU while Ant-Man is totally meh as a character. I wouldn't choose to watch them "right now" so they got lower than I believe they should be.
