You think Mobley has improved? On what? He’s basically the same player he was his rookie year except he makes more 3s.

Mobley has improved a lot it’s just his role hasn’t changed at all since his rookie year so his impact isn’t what it should be.

career highs in all rate stats (2pt%, 3pt%, ft%, oreb %, assist rate etc)

career highs in all impact metrics etc

its just he has the same role he did as a rookie despite considerable improvement. And it will never change under JB who doesnt know how to utilize bigs outside of rim running

Fun JBB stats

0-9 on the road in the playoffs throughout his career, with an average point diff of -22

In his three previous playoff appearances as a HC he’s shown decline in offensive rating/100 possessions of 14, 15, and 18 points - all off which are historically bad declines

Cavs went from #5 in NBA in passes/game (299) to second last in playoffs (244) - a decline of over 50 passes per game!!! If it seems we have no movement or scheme it’s correct. We are dead last in catch and shoot jumpers in the playoffs - which are some of the highest value shots. That’s with Strus, Garland, and Mitchell - 3 great off ball players

inexcusable

You think he gets fired? That was one reason I wouldn't have been mad if we lost game seven since I think he would have definitely been fired.

This, entirely.

He’s never gonna be KG or whoever getting 11 attempts per game.

Hell even Bosh got 2-3 more shots a game playing next to LBJ and Wade, and Garland and Mitchell aren’t those dudes.

The good news is Mitchell is absolutely capable of outplaying Tatum in a series

Correction love the in game corrections

the coaching was tremendous being the only team to beat Boston by that wide of a margin

in there own building.
