2022-2023 NBA GDT: The regular season is finally over!

The Bucks could’ve sat Giannis for this game. 22 minutes and 9pts. That feels like a disrespect to him against a horrible defensive Hornets team in Milwaukee. Anyways another embarrassing loss by the Bucks.

Great bounce back win by the Nets when KD wasn’t efficient like he normally is and Kyrie didn’t start cooking till the 4th when the Nets needed him too on the road against a really good Pelicans team.

Suns are now 20-20 with 16 days left until Booker was supposed to be re-evaluated. Meaning he's gonna miss at least their next 6 games. And their next 8 are just a murderer's row, it's very possible they are 20-28 or 21-27 at the end of that. It's not looking good in Phoenix.

I’m a lot more meh on the Bucks than a lot of other fans seem to be. The general consensus seems to be it’s just because it’s the regular season. The change in performance between regular season and playoffs the last 2 years gives their theory more credit until Middleton got hurt. I hope I’m wrong because I see a 2nd round exit.

The Bucks like I mentioned last week have been super mid since they started the season 9-0. They need Middleton back badly and probably need to make a move at the deadline. Not an impressive roster and their offense flat out kind of sucks.

The Pelicans despite all their injuries still compete day in and day out. They have something good going on but they will need Ingram/Zion to play a string of games together and get in rhythm soon. If they can do that, they may be in the conference finals with a solid chance to get to the finals.

So how much longer does McMillan have before he gets canned? He looks miserable and the team is performing terribly. No way should they be this bad.

I think they are like 2-9 or 2-10 without Booker this season. So yeah, they are losing at least four of the next six games...And that may be best case scenario lol.

Even when we won the finals the offense wasn’t good. Outside of Giannis we are completely reliant on streaky shooters hitting 3s consistently. I’d move either Jrue or Middleton in the off-season for a younger guy with potential. Not sure how possible that is considering we have no younger assets or picks to add to the deal. Would have to be some situation where the guy is unhappy or his team is looking to “win now.”

I mean the offense still ranked in the top 5-6 the year you guys won it all. This season it is in the bottom 10.

A move is going to be needed for sure. This team will have a shot if healthy to win it all but it's time for some tweaks. Middleton is never healthy now and Holiday is going to be 33 years old next season and may start declining.

They’re toast.  No trades during ownership sale process.

As crazy as it sounds, the Lakers are only 2 games back from the 5 seed.

Gotta strike now. Even if they keep Westbrook, they can still make a move to improve the team with their expiring contracts and either a protected 1st or a couple 2nds. But I think they're waiting to see if a "star" player becomes available closer to the deadline. Their schedule is tough before then, though, and I think it'd be too late to make a difference.

Lakers receive: Doug McDermott/Josh Richardson, Zach Collins

Spurs receive: Patrick Beverley, Sterling Brown, Damian Jones, 2023 Bulls 2nd Round Picks, 2025 Lakers 2nd Round Pick
