The career backup QB Frank Reich helps lead an offense to a Super Bowl win with a backup quarterback and then lands a HC job and is given a bunch of backup quarterbacks to try to win games with. It's a Hollywood story!
Sad People
For me the Colts would be somewhat interesting to watch now to see what Ehlinger has.

RaidersAreOne
Relying on the corpses of Rivers and Ryan, who would have guessed that wouldn't be extremely successful?

Honestly, Commanders/Colts is way more watchable now: 1) for the reason you said and 2) Taylor Heinicke is fun as hell.

Blackstar12
I like it either Sam surprises people and does good or The Colts end up with a decent pick and finally look to develop a young QB.

You'll take mediocre No Man's Land Draft Armageddon and you'll like it. Enjoy between picks 8-13.

In fairness, the rivers experiment was kind of fine. It was a lot of checkdowns, but they made the playoffs. This Ryan thing has been a disaster.

Since then it's also been 7: Haskins, Kyle Allen, Alex Smith, Heinicke, Fitzpatrick, Gilbert, Wentz (and now back to Heinicke). Both these teams have had a rough go.
