GDT: Dallas Cowboys vs. Mike McCarthy’s Sloppy Firsts

I'm not a Dak apologist. I read the contempt for Dak and that pick goes on the stat sheet as another interception.  I think Dak was throwing to a spot where he expected his wr to be and Lamb really rounded off that route.  Not the first time Lamb has avoided the middle of the field.

One of my favorite things about this site is the Dak homers’ rolodex of excuses.  Well, theyre going deep into the Rolodex today.

Especially since he tried to throw two other INTs earlier; both of which could’ve been returned for TDs.

No one can claim that Dak looks good. This is Quincy Carter level garbage play right now.

Yup. Lamb didn’t want to get hit. Soft as butter.

We don’t know what the route was. Many NFL routes have built in options like the example below.

He could run a post or an in-route based on the safety. If the QB reads one thing and the WR reads another bad things can happen.

Easy for the fans to say bad route whenever it could just as easily be a bad read from Dak.

My money is on both a bad route and a bad read.
