Here's the real problem, Lafleur PERIOD!!!! Douglas made the mistake of allowing Salah to hand pick his OC and DC friends from the 49ER's.

Lafleur was out coached by B.B., Lafleur has no imagination on how to turn things around and use personel. This is a coach who can't figure out to try everything, until something works.

NO, he stuck to his feeble game plan, and Bill read him like a book forcing Wilson to make decisions which lead to poor playing.

Wilson has to take responsibility no doubt, but the Jets lost because of Lafleur, look at this season.

Lafleur has us scoring 9 points in a loss to the Ravens

We win at Cleveland because the RB doesn't have the sense to take a knee, otherwise we score 17 points. Joe Flacco is the QB.

So in the first 2 weeks of the season we're averaging 13 points a game.

We lose scoring 12 points against the Bengals the next week. Joe Flacco is the QB.

This is the Q game, where he went off on the DC, DLC!!!

This is when the D began to really put things together.

We win in Pitt the only bright spot in Zac's year, against a woeful talentless Steelers team.

We beat the Dolphins minus Tua, because the Defense plays lights out.

The D comes out again and beats a woefully sucky Green Bay Packers team.

The D comes out once again and holds a Denver team with no qb in a 16-9 victory

N.E. is next and we lose, but not because of the D, Zac throws the game away. We score 17 points

We beat the Bills because of the D once again 20-17

Now we play N.E. and we score 3 points, if it wasn't for the defense we have and the points and position we put the other teams in who know what our record should be. 

I think we should have at least 2 more losses which would have put us at 4-6.

We are not as good as our record indicates, but our defense is exceptional.

I don't give credit to the DC's at all, we signed a top CB and drafted a shutdown CB. We drafted a D lineman, and a potential great RB.

Which also begs another question, how good has Lafleur been since Hall has been gone? How innovated has his play calling been.

Douglas should have hired Salah, but should have looked to outside of friendships Salah has with the Lafleur's to picking the best OC and QB whisperer he could find.

We could be looking at Darnold 2.0

LaFleur had a bad game, but he is hamstrung now without Hall and an elite running game with Zach Wilson at QB. What is LaFleur supposed to do if the QB is incapable of identifying and then passing to a wide open receiver?

The play calling was suspect, but let’s be real we were never running all over them. I’m actually shocked we ran as well as we did against Buffalo. Maybe the loss of Herbig was too much.

It’s now way too obvious how to beat the Jets. You take away the run and let Wilson throw and he will do the work for you.

And we are likely looking at worse than Darnold 2.0. Numbers wise he’s worse and eye test he’s worse.

LaFleur is the game caller, he's sending in the plays, Zac is a Madden piece and LaFleur is holding the controller. 

N.E. knew, KNEW what was coming, Mike changed nothing up. Want to really see how bad he is watch the last few games of the season.

I just knew the issue wasnt Lafleur. Its so obvious. Wilson cant hit worth a lick. We can cry Lafleur is the issue, but the players are schemed open. That's a Zach Wilson issue.

Same with the OL too. Was it their best game? No. Were they awful? No. Zach makes everyone look worse. Theres issues on offense, but 90% of them are the quarterback.

Zachs ceiling isnt even Darnold. Zachs just bad

Lafleur is fine. Players are open. Zach doesnt hit them. Lafleur cant go play QB for Zach too.

How is it MLFs fault that Zach couldn’t hit an open player yesterday? He completely over threw a wide open Conklin and the defender Jamal Adams’ it.

Wilson is the bigger problem

I stopped reading after you said LaFleur is the problem because I dont believe you watched the game. Lafleur is scheming receivers open and Zach cant find them. He can't see the field. Blaming Lafleur is the laziest argument out there. You sir need to take off the rose colored glasses. To say we lost because of Lafleur is down right laughable. I really dont get the sense you have any clue what you are watching.
