Does Watson gutting out a hip injury serve any purpose?  He needs to be healthy.  Watson trying to gut out a hip injury does not sound like a useful player to me.  His crazy speed is what makes him special.  Without it, he's a liability.

Without it he's all our other wrs

Well .... Feeling more confident atm we might take this.  Having said that these injuries still concern me.

We win this ... It'll be the biggest win of the season aside from Dallas.

On the other hand ... We played these guys last year at the same time and eliminated them that Sunday night, and consequently got Zimmer and Spielman fired.  No doubt theyd love to return the favor here on us.

Good news is their defense has been giving up a lot of points as of late.  Bad news is their offense also has scored a lot so .... Joe Barry is gonna have to be up for the task.  And on offense, if Watson is limited or can't go, LaFleur is gonna have to find other ways to generate big plays and stop his red zone chokes.

I'm disappointed Kirk Cousins is still healthy.

We have an outside shot at making the playoffs, but a lot of things need to happen. One of them is beating Cousins and the Vikings, and if we make the playoffs somehow, we face a long tough road in becoming the first team to lose to Cousins in the regular season and still win the Super Bowl. Then again, our last Super Bowl title was won without us ever having a home playoff game, which is remarkable because we usually do bad on the road in the playoffs, including seven straight road playoff losses to the NFC West.

As it stands, we stand a better chance of taking back the division next year if Aaron Rodgers was NOT on the roster. We would have defended our division title this year if Rodgers had been released or traded as punishment for going 0-4 in the playoffs against the 49ers, a consequence of him growing up a 49ers fan (which means these losses were all intentional).

Such a strange thing to be disappointed about.

Such a strange thing to be disapointed about.

The idea was that if he had suffered a career ending injury in one of the games that were played after week 1, we'd never have to worry about losing to him again. No team has lost to him and won the Super Bowl in the same season. We fell victim to that last year, even though we excel in that kind of weather.

Cousins is one of the big reasons we lost to the 49ers in the playoffs last year, along with the fact that Rodgers can't stand the idea of eliminating his childhood favorite team from the playoffs.

so what does GB losing to SF in the playoffs have to do with you wanting Cousins to suffer a career ending injury?

Again, please seek help

Hopefully the Packers choose to cover Justin Jefferson this time out.

I wouldn't mind more of this:

I expect this game to be much more difficult than week 1. Minnesota is still playing for a shot at the #1 seed (and holding onto dear life for the #2 spot) while Green Bay is only a half game out from the playoffs.

Min vs GB is always exciting and I expect nothing less this time around!

On a lighter note, our game against KC next year should be the SNF game during Thanksgiving week, would be nice if we can get a second win against Mahomes that was played before a national audience (2019 in KC was also on SNF).
