Hopefully Watson guts it out ... they kind of need him on the field.  I was surprised Rodgers was able to get some stuff done without him in the second half.

You were surprised a 4x MVP and one of the greatest passers on the history of the NFL was able to have success without Christian Watson?

Yeah .. this offense has sucked most of the season and only started looking like a solid unit once Christian Watson started to make his presence felt.

It's not like the offense is overloaded with talent, and losing the speed guy that seems to open things up for others is pretty detrimental to success.

On a lighter note, our game against KC next year should be the SNF game during Thanksgiving week, would be nice if we can get a second win against Mahomes that was played before a national audience (2019 in KC was also on SNF).

Well, it was a win against Kansas City. Mahomes did not play in the 2019 game. Packers had, I believe 5 wins that year where they did not face the opponent's preferred starting quarterback.

JJ will get his, it’s Dalvin Cook who has me worried.

It's actually Joe Barry who should have you worried. The Dolphins ran all over our light box. We started putting 3 bigs in and 2 inside linebackers and suddenly they couldn't run.

Make no mistake about it, Barry will start out against MN with 2 interior D-linemen and Cook will start out hot.

We don't have a lot of playmakers in the passing game right now and the guys we do have struggle to make the plays that are there. Christian Watson is just a flat out playmaker, guy does things with the ball in his hands that nobody else on the roster has proven capable of doing.

This is what I want. The 3 DL made a huge difference especially with Wyatt playing more. Not only could they stop the run but they started to get pressure up the middle.

Vikings struggle with pressure up the middle so the game plan for the 2nd half is exactly what we need for the whole game against the Vikings.
