RG3 was not prepared to be a pocket passing QB which is what he wanted to be and what Jay pointed out. Kirk Cousins outplayed RG3 in 2014 & obviously was the right choice for 2015. Jay has listened to the talking heads like BMitch in this town for a decade talk crap on him while they just spew out whatever they want with no accountability to their words. I’m proud of Jay for standing up for himself to the bully that can be BMitch & the attention seeking social media w*ore who is RG3. A lot of the former players have been trying to relive their glory days from when I was in elementary school and now I'm 44. RG3 was a flash in the pan who acts like a know it all but sucked after 2012. He didn't take well to coaching and its why Kirk & Colt were better than RG3 even in 2014.
