There’s always that one Coach the consensus were very high on when they were hired, but end up bombing at the end.

Trying to figure out which one….

Ryans or Payton.

Both organizations have deeper issues than just who they had as HC. I see one of them bombing, though probably not entirely from their own doing.

Feel awful for Eric Bieniemy. Hopefully, Washington has their QB because they have talent and Bieniemy can maybe make things happen. My worst fear is that they don't really have a QB, and Bieniemy will ultimately look bad.

You must live a superbly charmed life if that's your biggest fear in life, man.

Bringing O'Brien back isn't an F hire lol

Under him Brady had a very successful return from his ACL tear. Brady won his second MVP the following year despite trading Moss at midseason. 2011 was the first time Brady crossed 5k yards, Gronk broke out and we came up just a little short in the SB. Bryce Young won the Heisman under his tutelage and will likely be drafted second overall by Houston.

Not the flashiest hire, but it's the one that pleases everyone. Belichick sticks with his buddies and Mac gets an experienced full time OC whose system is a perfect fit. It shows they are not giving up on Mac like so many suggest. An upgrade over Patricia and letting him work with the defense is an A+ in my book.

BOB gets hate because he failed as a GM but he's a solid coach and a huge upgrade over Patricia.

I'm having a hard time thinking of a single OC that wouldn't be an instant upgrade over the DC wanna be OC Matt Patricia?

Yes, Patricia was a historically bad offensive coordinator. BOB is still a decent OC though and a solid hire for them, IMO.
