Im up 42 His Barkley and Gus Edwards My CMC, AJBrown, Adams, OBJ That 1 should be safe **** League 3. Im up 53 His Hurts and Purdy My Barkley Im projected to win by 17 ***** League 4 I'm up 1.48 points His Rice and Edwards My Devonta Smith Projected to lose by 7 **** League 5 I'm down 28 His Adams, Rice, Kittle My Barkley and Lamar Projected to lose by 29 **** Probably can't "tread the needle and get all 5, especially that last 1. Need big days from Barkley, Devonta, Deebo. Adams and Rice having big days helps in the league that is closer, so willing to " sacrifice" 1 league for the others. Out of how many? 50? 😂 28 dynasty leagues total About half have been going for a year or longer, the rest were startups this season.. in bestball leagues, you really have to grind the waiver wire every week to succeed. Picking up those trash QBs like Stick and Flacco, or a position player like Demarcus robinson/Nelson agholar/zamir white... makes a world of difference to not only get those potential points in your lineup, but it also keeps those points off your opponents teams. Ended up in 5 semi-finals out of the lot, and in only one of those match up I ended up winning, the snake draft league. Last year I had 3 auctions draft + 1 snake and only won the snake one as well. I went ahead and started Kmet because they said he was going to be a full go.. and he did nothing. Sitting Ford in both and Flacco in 1 made them both much closer than needed. Also 3-0 in the 3rd/4th place games. Feels good...nice to not have to think about it. Week 16 I had so many injuries… Chase, Andrews (earlier in the year), CWatson… and Lawrence playing banged up. Lost 160 - 145. Week 17 I was the highest scorer of all 12 Teams and ran away with the 3rd place game, getting my money back. CeeDee Lamb, baby. As for my tournament teams, I had one finish 43/59,000. $7 to $600. Had another finish 6,800/670,000 in BestBall Mania IV. $25 to $500. Here is the winning BestBall Mania IV Team, which was drafted August 28th: $25 Buy-In to $3 Million Dollars. For those of you not familiar with Best Ball, it’s not Daily Fantasy. Here’s how it works: You draft before the season in groups of 12, no waiver wire, highest scorers of every week from your draft are automatically placed in your lineup: 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 Flex. 10 Bench. 18 Rounds (20 on DraftKings). BestBall Mania Structure: 670,000 Teams - You can buy 150 Teams Maximum at $25 each. - Finish Top 2 in your league of 12 Teams. - Week 15, 16 Team Tournament against other league winners (all against one another, highest score basically) Week 16, Another 16 Team Tournament Week 17, 441 Team Tournament to take 3M, 2nd prize 1M. Rumors are it will be 5M this year. Best Ball style is the future of fantasy imo. Getting more Main Stream by the year. Waiver Wire helps medium to low skill fantasy players that never researched these gems, and makes the skill-gap way closer than it should be. The winner of this tournament grinded 6-7 hours of research a day, and so did the previous winners.
