I know he played Zone in Iowa but he did play some Man and looked good. He’s young, 99 percent athlete, plus size, leader, playmaker, AP all america:

Cooper DeJean- I feel like he can be a star on our team behind our DLIne. I think he can be coached up to be an all pro in this league

i prefer trenches but wouldn’t be mad at this pick

I agree but Imo he’s a guy that could play either side ot also

i look at their stances like my guy last year that got drafted by pitt Brod Jones. The stance imo will tell you what he can do. Penne guy from Oregon that det got had similar stance. More of a sumo stance hard to explain just my 2 cents.

I can’t recall entirely, however didn’t you coach at some point? For some reason I thought you were an OL position coach somewhere…

if so, what’s your OL rankings?

Quoting Sewell doesn't support your point. He transitioned from left to right. Find me a player who was a good starting caliber left tackle who sucked on the right side or vice versa.

Not saying your point is not valid but Donald Penn would be an obvious one wouldn’t he? Maybe he didn’t ‘suck’ but he was never comfortable there and then got injured.

Didn't Matt Stinchcombe struggle too swapping sides too if I recall, Khalif Barnes was terrible at LT but serviceable at RT wasn’t he?

If we should happen to end up with a left handed QB the RT could be very important too from a pass protecting perspective.

Some reallly good WR's to be had late day 2 early day 3. Burton could be one of them. I read that he has character red flags (?) but I'd definitely take a flier on day 3.

Swung at a female fan in the Tennessee game aftermath, can’t see him being in our radar tbh.

Id like to pick up a WR(if we added picks) in the early-mid rounds,  Legette, Pearsall, Corley, Walker, Rice, McMillan or Baker are my favourites, Coker a bit later.

JFC I didn't know this. Wow.

I really like Baker or Coker off the top of my head. Roman Wilson is also a lot of fun but I wouldn't take him before the 3rd because of his size and our lack of huge need.

FWIW according to Dane Brugler, he also had “up and down moments with coaching staff at Georgia and Alabama”

Yes he did and while I’m not a huge fan of field storming, there was no need for that. It was obscene and a terrible look.

I’m surprised that DE Robinson wasn’t cut. I guess he hit a woman with his dui

I wouldn’t be mad at picking a DT. Newton and Murphy have a lot of potential. Jenkins old as dirt and can fall off at any point. Would be amazing to have the best DT combo in the league next to Maxx

R1- DT

R2- OT

R3- OG

attack those trenches
