It just goes to show why not every great coordinator can not be a great HC...I remember researching Daboll when we were looking for an HC and reading about his temper in Cleveland and how when he got to Buffalo he just couldn't coach like that...he had to be a people person and that was the biggest change he had made which was a great success...looks like the pressure of being an HC has knocked him right back into those old ways.
