Texansfan713
If Rafael Stone pass on Reed Sheppard to allow the Spurs take him he should be fired on the spot.

But I think Ware is a very solid fit for todays NBA as a stretch 4/5 and will likely out perform his draft status and many guys ahead of him. Texansfan713
Yeah Carter reportedly has a promise with a team in the top 11. The team rumored are the Bulls. I can see him going to the Jazz as well. I made that post before I found out that info. Edited June 12 by Texansfan713

Texansfan713
Apparantly its a rumor going around the Spurs and Hawks are talking about a trade that would send the Hawks pick 4 and 8 so the Spurs can take Risacher and the Hawks would take Donovan Clingan at 4. It would happen during the draft. That's probably why the Hawks worked out Clingan.
Texansfan713
I wouldnt be shocked if Rob Dillingham fall outside the top 10 due to his poor combine measurements and workouts. I'm also working on my final big board. I'll say this right now, Alex Sarr is not my top ranked or 2nd ranked player for that matter. I think if we were to trade with the Spurs, it would be to get one of our future picks back since they control our next three drafts. In this scenario, would the draft go Risacher, Sarr, Sheppard, Clingan in your estimation? If we indeed like Clingan (would make sense with Quinn), I wonder if 4 could be too far back to move. My thought being since there's no consensus #1 in this draft, could mean early movement in the draft due to boards varying so much. Granted, we're not one just player away anyways and the Hawks should look a lot different in the coming weeks.

Funny looking back in this thread and seeing people tell me last year that Bronny would be a top 5 pick and that he was a legit prospect when I said it would be stupid to draft him high or early instead of taking a chance on a real prospect for 1 or 2 years of Lebron.

Not a lot of excitement in these prospects especially in the second round. It should be a 3 hour event in total but they of course drag it out because of money. Hopefully it flops and they go back to the one day. They aren't the NFL.
agarcia34
I am assuming they did it cause of Bronny. Makes it easier for them to make it about him when they can separate the days.
