MikeT14
It's early. We always do it. And I want to start talking college players. We have all of our picks at the moment, rounds 1-7. I'm going to do some prospects I like and maybe a way too early mock here soon. Who are you eyeballing?
Troublez
Looks like we are going to be picking somewhere 30 - 32 this year, so G maybe? Not sure what positional value is in the back end of the 1st
MikeT14
2024 Mock Draft I am assuming at the moment we're in the teens again. So, with that said... Round 1 - Dallas Turner, DE, Alabama - I don't see how we keep both Sweat and Young, and so we are probably replacing one of them. I want to keep that line a beast. Round 2 - Jack Nelson, OT, Clemson - We have issues at tackle, and need to find our future guy sooner rather than later. Nelson could play either side. Round 3 - Will Shipley, RB, Clemson - Kinda high on him to be successful in the NFL. Round 4 - Smael Mondon, LB, Georgia - More depth or future starters is necessary here. Round 5 - Bryson Nesbit, TE, UNC - built similar to Logan and Cole. Round 6 - Jahmal Banks, WR, Wake Forest - he's 6'4" - something I think we are sorely missing. Round 7 - Tyler Van Dyke, QB, Miami
turtle28
I think if we don't Re-sign Chase or Sweat that we still have 3 good DEs (Re-sign JSW &/or Toohill & Obada) as depth who started last year on our top 5 draft & 2 we drafted last year with upside in AJ Jones & KJ Henry. I do think we tag and trade Chase or Tez if we can't re-sign the 2nd one long term. I don't want us to go DE in R1 unless it's truly BPA. I'd rather see an OT in R1, or a TE. Here’s my too early mock: Round 1: Kingsley Suamataia, OT, BYU Round 2: Tommy Eichenberg, MLB, OSU Round 3: Donovan Edwards, RB, Mich Round 4: Nehemiah Pritchett, CB, Auburn Round 5: Cade Stover, TE, OSU Round 6: Riley Leonard, QB, Duke Round 7: Javontez Spraggins, OG, Tennessee Edited September 22 by turtle28
lavar703
Brock Bowers is who I want. I'd even trade up for him.

I think he's a lesser version of Howell but similar on athleticism, he'd be the perfect backup to Howell.

I'd put him closer to his Duke counterpart on my end based on size 👀

Still his game is similar to Howell’s from what I can tell and also Jones’s.
Slappy Mc
I'm not going to give no suggestion on where we are going to draft. I gotta avoid those hindsight posts haha.

This would be foresight as the draft isn’t for 8 months.
