Okay but hold him accountable... for what. What is the principle driver of his struggles? Indecision? Accuracy issues? Is his platform off? Suddenly you need to restructure your contract and take cap hits because cap management is apparently your job, not the GMs. And now you also have to be your own medical staff too.
