He has such an old school, dog house mentality that just doesn't work on young players you're trying to develop. He did it here, he did it in Phoenix with Ayton, and he's doing it now with Ivey. Prepare to have "Monty guys" who will play way more than they should and non-Monty guys who he seems to unfairly pick on and punish.
