So they presumably ruled that Diggs was tackled at 37 seconds. So they take 10 seconds off that to simulate the time it takes to get to the line. That's why the run off exists, so there isn't a free timeout due to the review. Though, FWIW, that's wrong also, because Diggs was tackled at about 34 seconds. I've watched enough Bills games to know where you're coming from, but we're a similar level of should be really good but keeps screwing around, this year. I know accuracy and processing things quickly for a QB is really important, but you have to have some tangible talent to be a plus starter in the NFL.
