vike daddy
Patrick Mahomes is only 28 years old, but he’s compiling a postseason resume that surpasses even Hall of Fame quarterbacks who played twice as long as he did. Mahomes has thrown 39 postseason touchdown passes in his career, which means if he throws one touchdown pass in Super Bowl LVIII, he’ll tie Peyton Manning for the fifth-most in NFL history, with 40. With two touchdown passes, Mahomes will move ahead of Manning and have fifth place to himself. By next year, there’s a good chance Mahomes will be in second place on the all-time playoff touchdown pass list. Currently second place is a tie between Joe Montana and Aaron Rodgers with 45 postseason touchdown passes, one ahead of Brett Favre, who threw 44 postseason touchdown passes. Mahomes is only six touchdown passes away from Montana and Rodgers in second place. Mahomes is still a long way from the record held by Tom Brady of 88 postseason touchdown passes. https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/patrick-mahomes-can-pass-peyton-manning-and-move-into-top-5-all-time-playoff-td-passes do we all realize what it takes to be included in the group of the QB's above...?

vike daddy
Travis Kelce may be the best tight end in NFL history, but he’s ready to hand the baton to George Kittle. Kelce: “He’s the best tight end in the league. He’s been playing lights out, playing the best football of his career and really catapulting that San Fran team through the playoffs, man. And I couldn’t be more proud of him and couldn’t be more honored to go up against George in another Super Bowl. Can’t say enough things about who he is as a guy, who his family is, can’t say a bad thing about him.” https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/travis-kelce-on-george-kittle-best-tight-end-in-the-nfl-couldnt-be-more-proud-of-him

vike daddy
Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers is out some money due to a penalty in the AFC Championship Game. Flowers was tackled by Chiefs cornerback L’Jarius Sneed at the end of a 54-yard pass from Lamar Jackson late in the third quarter and pushed off of Sneed, who was holding onto Flowers’ leg. Flowers then flipped the ball toward Sneed and stood over him, which brought a flag for taunting. That moved the Ravens back to the Chiefs’ 25-yard-line and they would not score on the drive as Flowers fumbled while trying to dive into the end zone on another catch. On Saturday, the NFL announced that Flowers has been fined $10,927 for the infraction. https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/zay-flowers-fined-10-927-for-taunting-penalty-against-chiefs the Ravens made so many undisciplined mistakes in that game.
