I've seen articles saying that it would take a 3rd to get him, which seems like nonsense. They're not getting 2 1sts and a 2nd though, that's for sure. Not overpaying for WR2s is where the glut of WR talent in the league is being felt. Higgins' market might be more tepid than we expect (of course it only takes 1).
