Dang, for some reason the Honey Grahams was the kicker that made that sound really good. I love to cook, and can make a few things well, but my about 4 years ago I was advised by my wife to leave the desserts to her (there was a saran wrap melted into a mousse incident) so maybe I'll break back in to her territory. The posette is my one exception as even I can't **** it up. It's just boil some milk with sugar, dump in some lemon juide and zest on low, then let cool for an hour. Turns out tasting super complicated but, again, even I can't **** it up. Whereas a few years ago, Swain not only makes the team, he ends up the biggest contributor at WR for us. It’s nice finally being spoiled at the position.
