Thaiphoon Posted April 26 Share Posted April 26 Alright. I have preliminary results. I've sent the file to Slappy to ensure I didn't miss anything and that I scored everyone's entries correctly. Preliminary results show the following (these are what I'll tease you with). 1) The "Experts" (I didn't add Walter Football website's picks, just the guys who had names) did NOT fare well. Peter Schrager did the best and if he were a member of the forum he would've placed 4th. Kudos to @MKnight82 for posting those. I think that's a cool feature we should try to do each year. 2) It looks like whomever is the winner will be someone who hasn't won before. This year @MKnight82 wanted us to see how we did against the experts. So I added three of theirs to the mix. I'll put them on a separate list (and list them first). Feel free to see how your scores end up against them. The race was neck and neck between the top 5-6 finishers and probably the first year where it was literally anyone's shot to win going into the 31st and 32nd picks. Usually one person has raced out to a lead by the 5th tier that is insurmountable. (*) BTW - I'm talking with @Slappy Mc about some rules tweaks going into next year. If you have suggestions, place them in comments here. When I go to do this next year, I'll grab them and figure out if I can make them a reality (understand the rules in place also are there to ensure that I don't need a supercomputer to do the calcs) So without further ado, here are the results (worst to first).
