Madmike90 Posted April 27 Share Posted April 27 1 minute ago, StLunatic88 said: Loooooooong way to go Yeah your not kidding...truth be told this is one of the worst draft outside of the top 40 picks I have seen in a long long time...since the mid 3rd round I have not seen true a starting calibre player at any sort of position of real importance...Poles has done the right thing sticking in the top 10 and getting two studs...then draft a high upside project at another value position...we can fill some of the gaps after the draft...for me Nourzad is one of the more (and few) underrated players in this draft who could play across any of the interior spots in the pros but more importantly could develop into a long term starting centre. Yeah I liked Lloyd...also not sure where his touches are coming from behind just signed Jacobs and just resigned Dillon...Lloyd has good hands but isn't as good in pass pro. CBears019 Posted April 27 Share Posted April 27 I was shocked to see Sweat go so early. With concerns about his weight/health, work ethic, then a DUI two weeks before the draft... I thought for sure he was headed for day 3 territory. The Titans have taken interior OL the past two years in the top 11 and now a very large DT who is going to be going to court for his fresh DUI case. Interesting approach to building a team.
