Leader
"Could you provide a fantasy scenario where we keep Rodgers and Adams?" Ken Ingalls - Packers Cap - Sure: Sign Rodgers & Adams to heavily backloaded long term extensions Extend Jaire Restructure or cut nearly every eligible veteran on the team Say goodbye to many of the 15 other pending RFAs & UFAs going into 2022 Stay out of free agency Have a really good draft

In some way, shape or form, this team (and it's capabilities) are gonna change. My bedrock/foundation? Confidence in the FO to right the ship. All Packer fans should recognize and take some comfort in that our FO is proven NOT to be a collection of incompetents. Perfect they're not - not saying that - but look around the league folks. We're luckier than hell.

Rodgers and Adams both leaving will set the offense back for a few years minimum. If they don’t leave we will field a skeleton team around them. We're luckier than hell. Very much not sarcasm. The division is a dumpster fire. 2024 might be a reckoning, but like you I have a lot of confidence in this FO and the assets they've got on hand. I like our schedule next year more than I liked this years. We've got the AFCE, NFCE plus NFCN opponents.....I'll take that. The add-ons are the powerhouses: TPA, TN, DAL, LAR - and finally - we dont have SF.
