So you only have 3 years of cheap upgrades. You're better off putting all of the points into upgrading him during your 3 year cheap window. I will be filling out the rest of my 2018 roster through UDFA and FAs <70 overall. Maybe a trade for a HWS prospect I like. I plan starting next year to have a detailed positional stats, but it isn't worth it right now with 40 players I just signed, half of which won't be on the team next year. 2018 Regular Season I don't plan on playing any games, but if I get to week 17 and I am 0-15, I'll try to win the last game. Goals for the year are to not have any serious injuries to any of my strong draft picks, particularly CB Phelps. I really need him to have a big year so I can develop him without training. He is the only player year 1 worth a damn on my defense, so if anyone has a chance, it's him.
