Mind Character Posted September 1, 2018 Author Share Posted September 1, 2018 Nate Ulrich, ABJ writer was the first I saw to put out there that Keeping Orson Charles as a TE/FB/HB option is likely as opposed to keeping Danny Vitale... He's by far one of the better actual reporters and writers on the Browns.... and ABJ has better Browns coverage/reporting/writing than the Plain Dealer... ------------------ 5 Players that May Be Upgraded Over Via the Waiver Wire or Via Trade 1.) And we all knew Dayes wasn't going to make it just because of who was in front of him. But I doubt he's going to be jobless for very long. Most Saints beat writers are calling the move great value b/c he wasn't going to make the team... Seems to be a hard worker ... that has made it through a lot of life adversity... 25 year old rookie with knee issues and past off the field issues... Didn't have a lot of sack or pass rush production in college... Have to believe we're going to try to sneak Jermaine Grace onto the PS along with Willies... That gives us Two spots for the 53... and Cutting Austin Reiter... Gives Us 3... I'm not sure where the other 2 come from.... I like Denzel Rice a lot, but I don't think he's PS Eligible anymore... so i wouldn't want to cut him. Greg Robinson might be the 4th assuming we upgrade with another lineman... I would hope they wouldn't risk cutting Jeremiah Mckinnon just b/c he's PS eligible.. that would be a risky move... I remember following Odenigbo when he was an OSU recruit... loved his play then.. he had a big preseason... Tanner Vallejo had an impressive sophomore season at Boise... and I loved Card Davis going into the draft, but thought he was more of a 34 scheme fit....
