I commented on this earlier in the thread saying the reason Harden has so many 7-22 games is because the amount of tough shots he takes on a nightly basis. Those step back shots aren't going in every game, just the law of averages. He doesn't have that Kobe or KD two dribble pull up. KD is unfair. Nobody in league history can guard him. None. Knowing the Warriors, they’re gonna take it easy in game 2. And let the foot off the gas. Oh yeah, Draymond defensively is amazing. Miller could have definitely played in today's NBA, but Kerr would have been isolated a lot more and exposed on the defensive end. But there is still a role for a sharp shooter like that. That is literally the whole point of switching everything. And they always have 4 great defenders, sometimes 5, so when your "system" doesn't work you have to iso against a great defender. The Rockets also switch everything, but the constant motion of the Warriors' O still leads to a lot more easy baskets. The Rockets do next to nothing off the ball.
