the worst part about all this is youre going to hype up the other 29 teams to their fans lol

Was I wrong about the Rockets or no? You and others said it would be a wipeout...I said it would be competitive and you killed me for it lol.

Cousins to the Warriors is a heck of a pickup for them. Only weakness on that team was a good centre and they end up getting 1 of the best ones in the game. 82-0 is a very real possibility for that teamnext season.

What do you suggest?????

A hard cap. Give teams 3 years to get their books in order and another amnesty.

No more salary cap exceptions so teams over the freaking luxury tax can keep adding All-Star players.

Hard cap and no max contract.

It’s not fool proof, but it should offer a much better competitive balance than what we’re seeing now.

If it weren’t for the greatest player of the generation pulling off a miraculous upset a couple years ago, we’d be looking at Warriors team with 4 straight rings and no foreseeable end in sight. That’s not a good thing for the league imo.

The Lakers could have legit had DeMarcus Cousins, Tyreke Evans, and Seth Curry but instead ended up with Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Rajon Rondo, Lance Stephenson, and JaVale McGee.

But but but but but but Boogie is a clown!!!

Nah, teams around the league are a bunch of clowns. Lakers like Lowe said didn't have much interest in Boogie and for some reason gave KCP 12 million when that was not necessary. Lakers made some suspect moves after getting LeBron. Sure the guys you listed are all signed to one year deals, but still could have done better.

Signs Cousins with the Rondo money, Evans with the KCP money, and Curry with the Lance money and all would have taken the 1 year deals to preserve max cap room for next season.  That Lakers team wouldn't challenge Golden State or anything, but they'd be infinitely better than currently constructed.  Still sign JaVale to have 2 Cs until Cousins is healthy.
