YES he will be missed but like every other successful team in NFL History (last year's Eagles prime example), the other 52 players on the roster have to be accountable too. I don’t think he’d even have to rush for half that total to have enough of an impact on his team to affect the outcomes of a couple games in the Redskins favor.
