Not sure he fits a zbs, but if he does, I have a bit more hope that a OG can acclimate to a new offense midseason than a brand new WR. Oslemele is also one of the highest paid OGs in the league. I don't think Carr is average honestly, I think the problems in Oakland are Gruden related, more so than Carr related. However, Gruden has always wanted the opportunity to hand pick his own QB. He now has 3 1sts and his very own 1st rounder alone could be enough to get the QB he wants. even if Carr balls out the rest of the year, I still see Gruden moving Carr. Two years ago the Raiders were the blueprint on how to rebuild the team. They were super bowl bound.
