BayRaider
I drafted Matt Ryan as my starter in fantasy in Round 11. Not sure why he wss originally ranked QB17. Dudes a heck of a QB.

RandyMossIsBoss
Pretty surprising considering how genuinely bad he looked in week 1. People were legitimately questioning if his arm was shot and he was on the decline. Who knows what was wrong with him that night, but since then it's been a pretty insane 6 games: 350 YPG, 15 TDs to 1 INT, and a 125.3 passer rating. Lowest passer rating in this stretch was 99.1... BayRaider
Thursday Night Openers always have sloppy QB play, unless your Peyton Manning. Plus Eagle D is tough. I always wait til late in fantasy to get a QB, least important position outside of K/DEF. And I was convinced Ryan would return to 2016 form. He’s honestly right there with Patrick Mahomes, Drew Brees, and Philip Rivers. Just gets overlooked due to record since he probably has one of the worst pass defenses I’ve seen in my lifetime. Source on this data? Was from jason witten during the monday night game against the Giants he said it numerous of times and im pretty sure had a a chart at one point showing it. I'll see if i can find it he had the exact number down as well to 37% while saying it.

My friend it was a game in that state which means he always looks bad lol. Rather it be against philly or pittsburgh. It's a known truth almost at this point that ryan doesn't do well going home at all for some odd reason the majority of the time.

FWIW, per SIS The Falcons were ranked 19th in pressure rate allowed per dropback (29.4%) following week 5 and going into the Giants game and are now currently 16th with a 28.9% pressure rate. SkippyX
There have been 6 total individual seasons in NFL history where a QB had a QB Rating at 114.0 or higher. Rodgers 2011 Manning x2 - 2004 and 2013 Foles 2013 Brady 2007 Ryan 2016 There are 5 QBs on that pace this year. Goff is not far off at 112.7 The rules have made the league into an arcade game. Defenses will adjust next year. This is basically 2011 again.
