Not only did they call a phantom OPI, they completely missed the helmet to helmet (*) on the Dallas DB almost taking off Goedert's head. And no that's not a silly rule it was a phantom call like your OPI call. Gregory actually wrapped Wentz up like the league wanted and yet it was still called "roughing". It's been happening all year.
