For instance let’s say you place a round 1 tender on Kupp. No one bids on him you get him for a year. He signs a new deal but you have three other guys to 3up. I think while he is on your team as RFA you should have the right to choose if you want to 100% extend him or not. If not you can choose to 3up him or let him walk. I think it’s only right.
