He's not going to carry the team by himself, they tend to have shorter shelf lives as it is, etc. This is a passing league...if we are making draft decisions based on stop a single running back, dear god. Honestly, if someone's going to trade above the Giants, Vegas' odds seem to indicate they believe it's either San Francisco or the Jets they're trading with. Certainly possible that, depending on how things shake out after those first 3 picks that someone may still do that. But ultimately, it seems like if someone's trading above the Giants just to "get ahead of the Giants" and not, presumably, for a QB they'll be going up to 2 or 3. If they're trading to get ahead of the Giants for a pass-rusher, then I could see them eyeing the Bucs spot, but in all honesty they're likely still going to inquire about #2 or #3 because they could likely ensure getting an even better pass-rusher than they would at #5.
