When I made my move I stayed in my same geography area.

Eh we've realigned about 1-2 times already. I used to be in the same division as Berlin when I was Rhein. It's only every 3-4 years or so.

That is all a very fair point.  the restrictions, maybe add those as stipulations to an accepted realignment?

On a side note, i am willing to alter my geographic presence to fit my division if need be. (Ill keep the Soul Reavers name though)

No to 14. I do think we should be reasonable, but a hard cap I am against.

Prefer to keep things geographically if possible. But I dont think we should realign everything based on just 1 or 2 moves.

WW and myself had reason for the relocation with new members. What about putting a Rule to vote during the summer meeting on how often a team can relocate?

I was Boston before I was Rhein though and in the East before the Atlantic.

I think @TedLavie made some great points. Also with the current division structures I try building teams to beat my rivals. Why would we switch for geographic reasons when it has zero impact on final results?

It’s been years since Taylor used the “team X having to travel cross country could impact them negatively” strategy that didn’t help at all.

While they're valid concerns I don't think a realignment every few years really hurts anything, in fact I might keep it fresh.

I think if you put a restriction on how often a team can move geographically and/or restrict future geographic moves (aka move to a city that makes sense in your division) I think you're fine. For example if you told me when moving Compton that I had to keep it on the West coast I'd be fine with that, or if I stuck it out with Orlando and needed to stay on the east coast. I don't think most people are that picky about location if there are those restrictions in place.

To confirm, there hasn't been a realignment since you guys came to FF. This would be year 3 here.
