Gotta give raps some credit on defense though if you ask any Bucks fans they’ll tell well they didn’t play well in any of those 6 games and are still waiting for that complete game.

Raptors defense definitely is real and deserves a lot of credit. And the team responded to every single run the Warriors made. When the lead would go down to two or three points, boom the Raptors would hit a quick 5-0 or 7-0 run.

Unless Iggy and Draymond hit their outside shots, it's going to be trouble the rest of the series. Raptors are hard doubling Steph and are fine with the others getting open looks.

Iggy is 0-11 from beyond the arc during the last 4 games and Draymond is shooting like 20% from deep during the postseason. They need Durant back.

It was Toronto’s night. They played a near perfect game. Give them credit they made key baskets at critical times because you always felt that the Warriors were in a spot to take over and they withstood it.

They played a near perfect game? Kawhi struggled and they won by double digits, GS is in big trouble.

Meh, that's not how it works. I hate when people always say well they won but this guy didn't even play great! I mean by that criteria you can say Siakam is highly unlikely to have a game similar to this one the rest of the series.

What you look at it is how the game went and which team was able to implement their style and if certain things are going to be sustainable the rest of the way. And the Raptors are certainly for real and have a top level defense and that's not going to change. So they have that going for them. And without KD, the Warriors are going to have some trouble offensively with the lack of shot creators, but one thing they can do to turn the tide is have better transition defense. They do better in that regard and it's a different ball game. This is going to be a competitive series so no need to overreact after each game.

I admire his candour though. GS is still very much the favourite but this was a great team effort from Toronto. Lots of plays made. Loved watching it.

This might be a hot take but Sikiam is goin to dog Draymond.

He might until Durant gets back. That'll alleviate some of the need for Draymond as a help defender. If Draymond can hone in on Siakam, he can shut him down imo.

LOL at all of the idiotic predictions in the first 20 pages of this thread

I predicted the Raptors would win if Durant doesn't play and said the Warriors will be in trouble without him.

=)
