vike daddy
Jon Dorenbos, the NFL long snapper who’s also a famous magician, has been diagnosed with a serious heart condition. Dorenbos was traded from the Eagles to the Saints during the preseason, and Saints coach Sean Payton told reporters today that Dorenbos has an aortic aneurysm and will need heart surgery immediately. According to Payton, the condition was discovered during a physical exam, and the discovery may have saved Dorenbos’ life. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2017/09/08/long-snapper-jon-dorenbos-needs-heart-surgery/ let's block a punt. y*so*blu
I wish the best to Jon Dorenbos. Let's destroy these guys on Sunday. I will approve of any gameplan (besides this one) that accomplishes such a task.
swede700
Quote On a night that will see Randy Moss’s name inducted into the Vikings’ Ring of Honor, No. 84 will also receive the honor of sounding the Gjallarhorn before the purple takes the field on Monday Night Football in the season-opener against New Orleans. http://vikingswire.usatoday.com/2017/09/08/randy-moss-will-sound-gjallarhorn-ahead-of-monday-night-tilt-with-the-saints/

vike daddy
The Saints signed long snapper Zach Wood, according to Wood’s agent, Mike Abadir. Wood signed with the Cowboys as an undrafted rookie free agent out of SMU in 2016. He has spent time with the Cowboys in each of the past two offseasons and the preseason. But Wood has never played in an NFL regular-season game. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2017/09/08/saints-sign-long-snapper-zach-wood/
SteelKing728
Maybe we'll get lucky and he'll have a bad snap, leading to a block that seals the win for the Vikings. At least, one can hope for such a thing!
JDBrocks
We made it guys. It took another long off-season and a forum upgrade, but Vikings game day is finally here. It feels very good to say that. I'm going to say Vikings 27, Saints 23.

vikingsrule
I think the run game will be the key to success this week, probably most games this season. We've got to keep drives moving by shortening third down distances. Defense needs to show up, they looked awful this preseason.
swede700
It's gonna be Vikings 24, Saints 17...and the defense will actually sack Brees twice, which they've never done before.
