He played OT, but is a fiend in the ZBS. Riddle me this: why is Biadasz all of a sudden getting the Andrew Thomas treatment in mock drafts? I've seen him making it to the third round often enough.

He’s not a great fit for a zone scheme, but he blows dudes off the ball with ease. And nobody gets a rush on him. He’s tough as nails.

If he’s there in R3 that’s a no brainer imo.
MWil23
TBH, aside from addressing the S position in the draft at some point, hopefully in the 2nd Round, you could make an argument that we could literally draft nothing but linemen on both sides of the ball and have a homerun caliber draft. Imagine something like this: 1st: Wills/Thomas/Wirfs 2nd: Winfield/Delpit 3rd: Biadasz 3rd: BPA WR (Claypool, DPJ) 4th: Hakeem Adeniji 6th: After Washington says "No" to this pick for Trent Williams (I'm not offering a pick higher tbh) Anfernee Jennings, EDGE Alabama 7th: Raequon Williams, DT MSU

I've seen him making it to the third round often enough. It's a combination of 1.) Center's Positional Value, 2.) The Quality of the Center Class likely available in later rounds (i.e., Cohl Cabral). 3) The Belief that Mid to Late Round Picks and/or UDFAs have success at Center, 3.) The general depth of quality in the draft at various positions, & 4.) Some deficiencies in Biadasz' game. He doesn't display translatable All-Pro or Immediate Pro-Bowl traits or blocking ability so that disqualifies him from top 20 consideration for a lot of teams based on Center's Positional Value. The quality of prospects in this draft in general pushes him from 20 to at least 50 as teams aren't taking Biadasz over Tee Higgins, Antoine Winfield, and/or Ross Blacklock types of players that will likely come off the board in the first 15 picks in the 2nd round. Once you get to pick 50 in the 2nd round, it's easy to end up in the 3rd round based on need and positional value on team's boards. NateDawg
A world where guys like Austin Corbett are taken as fringe 1st rounders and Tyler Biadusz goes round 3. Thank goodness for so many “real football” scouts out there.

candyman93
We will add some good young pieces to the defense from the draft. Just dedicate rounds 2-7 to that entire unit.
