An example would be if a high school athlete is looking at schools and they know they can get paid by going to a college in CA, wouldn't they lean towards going to those schools more?

First time in this thread and this is my biggest problem with it. Should be an "all or nothing" type deal where every school has the ability to let players make money on their name. Definitely creates unfair recruiting advantage

as opposed to the currently level playing field that usc is on now or what?
