Could easily be a 4 point game, maybe a 11 point game if it weren't for him. The fact that we're not down by 25+ is actually crazy. The offense had two good drives but failed to capitalize, but looked like crap every other drive. Tbh I think both teams regret that move. OBJ would be a huge add for Jones and the Browns needed a Lineman way more than another #1 receiver. But that's hindsight, the rational behind the move then was that the line would hold up and the Mara family was still being deferential to Eli.
