TOUCAN
Fried chicken on a waffle is not chicken and waffles and I’ll fight you on this one. I don’t care who it is, I will go to war on this.

I agree about the crust. As long as it tastes good and isn't soggy, I don't need it to be really thick. It's actually better if it's kind of crispy at the bottom. As for the flavor of the sauce, I like it to be tangy with lots of flavor. I have a weakness for Papa John's. Definitely from eating too much lol. Gluten is not a problem for me at all. The best crust I had was at a AZ make your own where it was basically like a cracker. I haven't had PJ's in forever. I might have to check it back out again! One thing I need to do is try another Chicago style deep dish. It's been a long time and I need to figure out if it's as amazing as I remember Edited January 7, 2020 by JTagg7754

I’ve only ever seen chicken and waffles with fried chicken. You just plopping a whole body rotisserie on there or what?

Make it was a good dessert waffle and it’s got a good sweet and salty taste. Consistency is amazing and it’s a wonderful comfort food

Chicken and waffles is great. What you're describing is like, I don't know. This is why you can't give Yankees southern food. They do things like this.
