It was a mutual agreement to part ways. I'm happy as I don't think as a playcaller he has figured it out yet. He also didn't really play to Minshews strengths. For you guys maybe he's a better fit. I don't think Marrone would just let him go if he loved him. But I'm sure Flip had interest from someone he was enticed with, talked to Doug, and probably just ok'd it. Doesn't call plays here, Carson loved him and played fantastic under him, and he knows our offense already.
